Reebok Basketball is constructing in public. Led by the manager duo of Shaquille O’Neal and Allen Iversion, the model is documenting its return to the efficiency basketball house by way of a brand new Netflix sequence known as Energy Strikes.
Sneaker manufacturers typically maintain their playing cards near their chest, however Energy Strikes takes us behind the scenes. The docuseries follows Shaq on his mission to return Reebok Basketball to its former Nineteen Nineties glory, cataloging all of the highs and lows that include being a sneaker business exec. Shaq and AI are each featured closely, as are Rebook signees like Angel Reese and Chicago Bulls standout Matas Buzelis. The sequence seems to middle across the Reebok Engine A, the model’s first new efficiency basketball mannequin because the early 2010s.
